*Grilled Portabella mushroom with garlic spinach and smoked fontina cheese

*Classic mini burgers with American cheese, onion, pickle, ketchup and mustard

* Buffalo chicken sliders with bowls of bleu cheese and ranch

*Fried oyster with remoulade

*Grilled pork tenderloin with hoisin glaze

*Beef tenderloin with horseradish cream sauce

*Prime Rib au jus with horseradish aioli

*Crabcake sliders with remoulade

*Pulled pork bbq sliders

Salads – Displays
 *Greek Salad – fresh mixed greens, shaved onion, pepperoncini, sliced black olives, feta cheese, tomato, cucumber with Greek tzatziki sauce

* Sunside Garden Salad  – mixed greens of spring mix and romaine hearts, shaved onion, tomato, cucumber parmesan croutons.  Choice of Sunside’s balsamic vinaigrette, sesame ginger vinaigrette, bleu cheese, ranch, 1000 Island, french, or green goddess.

*Antipasta  – Imported meats, cheeses, olive and greens with crusts of italian bread and balsamic vinaigrette

*Caprese– Layers of vine ripe tomato slices, buffalo mozzarella slices and fresh basil leaf layered colorfully and garnished with basil oil and chiffonade of basil

*Fresh tuna chicken – A bed of fresh greens with choice of tuna, chicken or egg salad mounted in center (These displays work well with a luncheon event)

*Caesar salad – Traditional casear with garlic croutons and shaved parmigian

* Spinach salad – Arugula, strawberries, toasted pinenuts, goat cheese and raspberry vinaigrette
