Most of the listed appetizers may be served as passed hors d’oeuvres by our staff or at table stations. Fruits and vegetables are selected when in season.

Appetizer Displays:

* Cold Seafood Display w. Shrimp, crab claws, stone crab claws (when in season), oysters on 1/2 shell, smoked salmon or smoked tuna dip w. crackers and crostinis, clams on 1/2 shell.
